This is a 60 minute 1 chapter video all about arms. Not beginning arms but still appropriate for the beginning-intermediate dancer and could actually be studied after watching and practicing the beginning arms video. Many dancers use their arms actively in their dance, I am more of a minimalist. I don’t want my arms to take away from my dance, I want them to add to my dance but not to be the focal point of my dance. They are in many ways a mechanism for framing your dance story.
